This encourages viewers to take immediate action, and the reply could include the discount coupon as well as give more details for the vehicle, provide a link to a website or a direct number to speak with a sales person. Additionally, follow-up texts can be sent to this opt-in customer to keep the dealership on the customer's mind. And, once a sale is completed, there could be an offer at the dealership or within the sales paperwork encouraging the customer to sign up for regular service reminders and get the first oil change free.
